FAMILY & FRIENDS
Welcome to North Bay!
Friends, Family, Supporters & Spectators: It is hard to believe that Provincial Winter Games is mere months away, where 300 Athletes and 120 Coaches will be converging on North Bay, Ontario for the 2027 Special Olympics Ontario Provincial Winter Games. All of the athletes, coaches and organizers have worked so hard to get to this point! Their dedication and focus has been both incredible and admirable!
We are inviting you to join Special Olympics Ontario and be an Ambassador of Good Sportsmanship and Comradery. Sport can bring exhilarating highs when we win and sometimes heart felt lows when we do not. That said we strive to be gracious and dignified when we win but also when our efforts do not bring the results we hoped for. It is our hope that everyone attending these games regardless of their role will join us in our efforts in being Gold Medal Sportsmanship Ambassadors for these games. If you plan on attending these Games in person, we encourage you to review our Spectator Code of Conduct, as a way to do your part in ensuring a positive experience for all attendees. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible this summer in Brantford!
Below is some information to help ensure you have an amazing Provincial Games experience.
